Tour Itinerary
Dublin: The Warm-Up Act
You arrive in Dublin full of good intentions, sensible plans and a vague promise to "take it easy tonight." We all know how this story ends.
After checking in, we head out to explore the city that turned storytelling, music and drinking into competitive sports. We'll visit some of Dublin's most famous pubs, raise a glass to the weekend ahead and get to know the group.
By the end of the evening you'll have made new friends, learned several Irish phrases and forgotten most of them again.
Overnight Dublin.
Galway: Where One Pint Becomes Several
We leave Dublin and head west towards Galway, Ireland's unofficial capital of having a good time. The streets are packed with musicians, colourful shopfronts and enough pubs to keep a thirsty traveller occupied until retirement.
We'll spend the afternoon exploring before settling into the city's legendary pub scene. Somewhere between the first pint and the live music session you'll understand why people come to Galway for a weekend and accidentally stay for a decade.
Overnight Galway.
Father Ted Country
Today's mission takes us deep into County Clare and onto the wild Atlantic coast.
We'll visit the famous Father Ted House, where tea, cake and memories of television's greatest priests await. You'll finally discover whether the cows really are small or simply far away.
From there we'll explore dramatic coastal scenery, tiny villages and some wonderfully old-fashioned Irish pubs where conversation still beats Wi-Fi.
Expect spectacular views, Atlantic winds capable of rearranging hairstyles and at least one Father Ted quote every ten minutes.
Return to Galway.
Overnight Galway.
One Last Pint
After breakfast we make our way back towards Dublin. There's time for one final stop, one final story and one final opportunity to insist you'll definitely come back someday.
Eventually reality catches up, flights depart (we recommend booking late flights) and everyone returns home with new friends, great memories and a camera roll that becomes progressively less focused as the weekend progresses.
Until next time.
End of tour.

Practical Info
Getting There
Getting to Ireland is easy. Fly into Dublin, make your way to the joining point and prepare for a weekend of pubs, music, laughter and questionable Father Ted impressions. Full joining instructions will be sent before departure.
What to Pack
Comfortable shoes, a waterproof jacket and a sense of humour are strongly recommended. Father Ted fancy dress is entirely optional but highly encouraged. The group photos tend to improve dramatically when priests, nuns and Mrs Doyle start appearing.
Best Time to Visit
Late August is one of the best times to visit Ireland. The days are long, the pubs are lively and the scenery looks fantastic. There's also a reasonable chance of sunshine, although Ireland reserves the right to change its mind at any moment.
Good to Know
This is a relaxed social tour, not a drinking competition. Expect great pubs, live music, friendly locals and plenty of laughs. "Just one quick pint" will be said repeatedly throughout the weekend and should not be interpreted as a guarantee.
