A Proper Wine Background

How It Works

  1. 1

    Tell Us About Your Team

How many people, where you'd like to go, your budget and what you're celebrating.

  2. 2

    We Create Your Adventure

We'll design an itinerary around your company's personality, interests and objectives.

  3. 3

    Approve Your Escape Plan

Review the itinerary, dates, inclusions and quotation.

  4. 4

    Leave the Office Behind

We organise the adventure while your team concentrates on enjoying it.

Every Team Is Different. So Is Every Adventure.

Whether you're rewarding six brilliant employees or taking twenty colleagues somewhere spectacular, we'll build a private trip around your budget, interests and ambitions.

Every quotation clearly shows what's included and what isn't, including flights, meals, drinks and optional activities.

What Our Corporate Clients Say

“Our sales team came back from Georgia closer than they've ever been. Possibly because they spent three days sharing chacha and singing badly. Best incentive we've ever run.”
Head of Sales · Tech firm, 14 people
“Tipple Tours handled everything. All I had to do was take the credit, which I did, loudly, at the next board meeting.”
Operations Director · Marketing agency, 9 people

Corporate FAQs

What group sizes can you accommodate?

Our corporate adventures are designed for smaller teams, typically around 6–20 people. Larger private groups can be considered on request, so just tell us your numbers.

Can we choose our own travel dates?

Yes. Corporate adventures are private trips, so we plan around your preferred dates, subject to availability at the time of booking.

Can you tailor the itinerary to our company?

Absolutely. Every corporate trip is built around your team's interests, objectives and budget. The packages on this page are examples, not fixed itineraries.

Do participants have to drink alcohol?

Not at all. Drinking is always optional. Food, culture, scenery and good company are just as much part of the adventure, and soft drink alternatives can be arranged.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Yes. Let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies when you enquire and we'll plan meals accordingly with our local partners.

Can you arrange team-building activities?

Yes. We can arrange team-building activities such as cooking classes, wine blending challenges and other hands-on experiences that suit your group.

Can we include a meeting or workshop?

Yes. Meeting or workshop space can be arranged on request. We'll keep it short enough that nobody misses lunch.

Can you arrange airport transfers?

Yes. Airport transfers can be arranged as part of your trip. Your quotation will show clearly whether they are included.

Can we pay by company invoice?

Yes. Corporate bookings can be paid by company invoice and bank transfer. Payment terms will be set out in your quotation.

How far in advance should we book?

For trips abroad we recommend enquiring 3–6 months ahead. UK experiences can usually be arranged with 4–8 weeks' notice.

Can you arrange private rooms?

Yes. Private rooms for every guest are available on request. Your quotation will confirm the room arrangements.

Can we organise a trip for clients rather than employees?

Of course. Client entertainment trips are one of our favourite things to plan, and a far better memory than another networking lunch.

The Best Team Meetings Don't Always Involve Meeting Rooms.

Tell us about your team. We'll find somewhere extraordinary to take them.
